Staward is a new world distillery based in Victoria (region around Melbourne) Australia. They produce a beautifully fruity spirit and are always keen on innovation

• Nose: marzipan and banana, some citrus notes and tropical fruits with a hint of butter With water cocoa, more banana, baked plums and pastry

• Pallet: spicy and hot initially, oily feel with banana apple, some butterscotch overall its fairly smooth With water sour apple, some fruity wine notes, floury sponge cake.

• Finish: butterscotch and citrus With water fuller, lingers more, floury nature hangs around
